About us

Property Center Montenegro is a property information service for the Montenegrin coast — the six coastal municipalities of Herceg Novi, Kotor, Tivat, Budva, Bar and Ulcinj.

We help people who are buying from abroad compare residential projects and areas, get current prices and floor plans, and reach a registered agency in Montenegro when they are ready to view or buy.

What we publish

  • Pages on residential projects: price “from”, unit types and sizes, payment terms, construction stage, the developer company, location and distances.
  • The source and the date next to every figure. If we cannot attribute a fact, we do not publish it.
  • Licensed photos with credits. Renders and plans only with the developer’s permission.
  • Corrections: when a price or status changes, we update the page and its date.

What we do not do

  • We are not an estate agency and do not act as an intermediary in a sale. Viewings, negotiations and the transaction are handled by our partner — a registered agency in Montenegro, as the brokerage law (Official Gazette of Montenegro 89/2025) requires.
  • We do not take deposits or payments and do not sign contracts on your behalf.
  • We do not give legal or tax advice. For a purchase, use a notary and, if you need one, an independent lawyer in Montenegro.

How a request works

  1. You ask in WhatsApp or by email about a project, an area or a budget.
  2. We reply with the current price list, available units, floor plans and the payment schedule we have from the developer.
  3. If you want to view or buy, we tell you which partner agency will handle it and introduce you; the agency arranges the viewing and the next steps. Your details go to the agency only at this point, and only for this request (see the privacy notice).
